Terrace Bay Autocross Fundraiser July 25, 26th
1. Closed event not open to the general public – members only plus one family member or friend within their social bubble – social bubble as defined by the Ontario Government Covid -19 Protocols
2. Registration: Email the club Gmail account indicating you are attending the event – Cut Off Thursday July 23 at 6:00 p.m. including new membership applications
Example:
Subject: Attending Terrace Bay Brad Folino - That is all it has to say
What to bring: Print off and complete the entire standard documents registration, classing sheet, self tech form along with your exact cash or cheque payable to the Thunder Bay Autosport Club
Entry fee is $30.00 per day x 2 = $60.00 for the weekend – One day Memberships $20.00 per day or $50.00 for the balance of the season expires Oct 30
Bring a Mask, and your own personal hand sanitizer, bug spray and sun screen, lawn chair
July 25th Saturday Day one
3. Terrace Bay Airport gate will open at 9:00 and close at 9:30 anyone arriving late must text or call a member inside the event to gain access. Registration will determine if a member showing up late can still enter the event. (best to be on time !)
4. Day one will have two complete events with up to a maximum of (6) runs per event or a minimum of three (3) – all weather dependent
5. Registration 9:30 to 9:45
6. Coarse drive thru 9:45 to 10:00
7. Drivers meeting 10:00 to 10:05
8. Event One start 10:10
9. Lunch break 1:00 p.m. 90 minutes -
10. Event two (2) Start time 2:30 last run should be complete by 5:30
11. Dinner: There will be a list of available food and locations such as Drifters for take-out. We can do a mass order for Drifters and eat at their outdoor patio
July 26th Sunday Day two
1. Terrace Bay Airport gate will open at 9:00 and close at 9:30 anyone arriving late must text or call a member inside the event to gain access. Registration will determine if a member showing up late can still enter the event.
2. Day two will have one complete event with up to a maximum of (6) runs or a minimum of three (3) – all weather dependent
3. Registration 9:15 to 9:45
4. Coarse drive thru 9:45 to 10:00
5. Drivers meeting 10:00 to 10:05
6. Event three start 10:10
7. Event should be completed by 1:30
8. Participants are expect to help clean up and load the trailer
All times are subject to change based on weather or the number of participants
Please Note: Claudio was able to negotiate a rate for hotel rooms
The club has the ability to block a large number of rooms at Drifters at reduced rate (109.00 + tax). They have also offered to provide the club members with access to their outside patio to eat dinner on Saturday evening 5:00 to 8:00.More information such as menu will be available at a later date.
In order to reserve a room at Drifters email the club no later than July 16th. –

Message should state your name and how many night/s and the number of people.
Camping on site is available – NO OPEN FLAME COOKING –
