Hello Exc.. I would like to know why Christy is not allowed to provide some basic food up in the spectator's area.
On Sunday she came to ask me if I thought there would be any problems with Guy. I indicated that it should be ok as long as we say the prices are a donation, LIKE WE DO FOR OUR SUMMER EVENTS, otherwise we would need a vendors permit insurance etc..
I also mentioned that if he did take issue with it after the fact, that I would talk with him since I am the one who first negotiated having a vendor on site. This would just be a fundraiser for our club if there was any question.
Our spectators having been asking for food, and alot of us in the pits welcomed the idea. If I hadn't asked Lucas, myself and my daughter would have been without food on Sat.
Again there was no commuication to the membership that this was not going to happen.
The reason for this not being allowed is totally ridiculous.. as I mentioned earlier we provide food for the summer event, so what is the difference???
If anyone has seen, or tasted her baking or cooking.. you can be rest assured, she is more than capable ...
John..
