Hi,
We are looking for two seater ice racer's that are be willing to give ride alongs during an exhibition race to the winners of fundraiser!
The Thunder Bay Autosport Club and the Heart & Stroke Foundation are looking to team up for a fundraiser for the 2015 season. The Heart & Stroke Foundation will sell tickets to win a ride in a 2 seater car during an exhibition race since we would want a few cars on the track to add to the excitement.
Tickets would go for $10 each at outlets like DC Automotive, NAPA, etc. We are thinking of February 15th race day, during intermission. The Heart & Stroke Foundation may also ask for a $5 donation to spectators that day for the chance to win some prizes that they would have donated.
Depending on how many 2 seaters are available, we could have 2–3 exhibition races with maybe a few laps each. This might also get some new people interested on our sport.
